FIVE YOGIC EXERCISES TO IMPROVE AND RESTORE VITALITY

When we first heard of the "Tibetan Fountain of Youth", we were skeptical, but went to training sessions anyway. We've discovered that the Tibetan Fountain of Youth is based on five easy exercises rooted in yoga and breathing practices that can also be incorporated into a daily practice.

It's as simple as waking up in the morning, and doing a specific amount of reps each day to stave off the effects of aging. Sounds great, we thought, and so we gave it a go.

This daily practice takes no more than 15 minutes, and you begin at a lower number of reps and work up to almost three dozen for each exercise. Exercises include spinning and yoga poses to activate areas such as your thyroid, so we knew this set was an easy way to help us turn back the clock. Exercises can be performed once, twice or three times a day depending on your comfort level.
