YOGA:  Certified through Yoga Alliance (USA) in Ashtanga Vinyasa and a further specialization in Prenatal and Postnatal yoga, we teach and develop courses and programs to enable our bodies to function at their fullest. We can tailor personal programs to suit individual needs, and we also hold workshops to focus on matters such as fitness and detoxification (Ashtanga "boot camp"), the importance of breathing (Pranayama), how to stay youthful and fight against the ills of aging (Tibetan Fountain of Youth Energy Rejuvenation Exercises) and specific programs to target fertility and the hormonal imbalances of menopause (FERTILE BODY system).

REIKI:  Certified Usui Reiki Master Teachers and Kundalini Reiki practitioners offering energy therapies and training sessions to help maintain healthy balance and to heal when needed. We hold specialized workshops on Usui Reiki, Pregnancy Reiki, Reiki for Babies and Children as well as Reiki for Pets. We also see clients for individual reiki sessions and provide chakra cleansing and balancing services.

HYPNOTHERAPY: Currently certified by the American Hypnosis Association (AHA), the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), Banyan 5-PATH Hypnosis and membership in the Hypnotherapists Union, we see individual clients for specific issues such as pain management, maintaining a healthy pregnancy, hypnosis for childbirth, HypnoBirthing Fertility and EFT/Meridien Tapping techniques to assist with clearing past obstructions to wellness.

DUNSTAN BABY LANGUAGE: Based on our personal success with applying DBL, we've become officially certified DBL Educators on the topic. We offer two-day parent workshops to help enable parents to build the confidence to understand their babies' cries, helping to establish productive communication with their newborns. It truly is an amazing program, and has helped our sanity in those first few newborn months by aiding us to be able to respond quickly to baby's wants and needs, building their trust that their needs will be met, and eliminating the frustration that goes along with new parenting. If we hadn't tried it ourselves, we wouldn't have known how amazing this is.

DOULA SERVICES and BREASTFEEDING COUNSELING: Antenatal and postnatal services will be provided soon.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY (CST):  At a deep level of our physiological functioning all healthy, living tissues subtly "breathe" with the motion of life - a phenomenon that produces rhythmic impulses which can be palpated by sensitive hands.  CranioSacral Therapy is a treatment method used to help ease pain and unblock the tissues of the Central Nervous System, alleviating many discomforts and diseases. CST is a fantastic treatment for infant/child disorders, ADHD/ADD, PTSD (post traumatic stress disorders), learning disabilities and scoliosis.
